Teacher need to face for the exam, What a big joke!!

The education department has set an exam for the teachers who teach science and maths in English. All the teachers expect for those who got 1-8 in their MCE and 1-3 for SPM need to sit for the exam. I don’t understand that why there are so many works for the teacher, is that not enough suffer for the teacher. Those who are weak in English, they really struggle like hell just because of this exam. Meanwhile, the government has no any courses provided to the teachers but the teachers need to go for course by themselves and paying their own money. But fortunately, I got 1 for my English( Although my English are sucks!) hahaha….. so I dont need to sit for the exam.
